When it comes to safeguarding and welfare, one size does not fit all.
Three levels of support:
1
Individual pieces of work
When all that’s needed is a piece of independent advice, support or training, we have you covered.
We offer ‘all-in’ training packages and project costs to make sure you know exactly what your investment will cost, and what you’ll receive in return.
2
Short-term projects
We have the capacity to offer short to medium term contracts completing bespoke projects, offering interim leadership capacity or working across multiple sites.
We offer day rates and costed proposals to make it easy for you to budget for contract work.
3
Ongoing contracts
By far our most requested support level, yearly contracts and ongoing services are perfect for trusts and organisations looking to bolster their current provision with external support.
We offer fully costed proposals for training, supervision, support and challenge audits etc. on a yearly basis.
"Ben and I have been working together for over two years now and his supervision has been invaluable. Even when you know you are on the right path, his assurance and direction makes the role so much easier. Ben has supported me through promotions and in to leadership and I look forward to this continuing again next year!"

FAQs
If you don’t see the answer to your question here, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

If it’s linked to safeguarding, behaviour or leadership then absolutely! We have completed projects around lockdown procedures and lone wold attacks, data reporting and standardisation across Academies, post-restructure departmental culture management and much more.

The majority of work is completed by myself, Ben Beer. I am a Specialist Welfare Consultant with a background in FE, Policing, Youth Justice and Local Authority Safeguarding. My specialities are providing engaging training, delivering professional practice supervision to schools, colleges and organisations and developing teams and early career leaders.
We also have a network of fellow consultants, experts and colleagues who help with certain projects and specific needs. Part of offering a great service is knowing when to tap in to the experience of others to make sure each client gets the very best advice and support.

Both. Everything can be completed remotely with sufficient flexibility and adaptation and for many organisations, this is their preferred route. Certainly supervision sessions and reviewing policies etc. are significantly more cost effective and sustainable to deliver remotely. This saves on additional expenses and unnecessary travel.
Some services do lend themselves to onsite work, however. Reviewing and advising on lockdown procedures is best when you can walk around the building(s) and get a sense of their use, engagement in specialist training courses is still best when delivered face to face.
Both methods have pros and cons - it’s something we can discuss at the point of consultation about your needs.
